For safety and disposal-site compliance, do not place any of the following materials in the container unless Smith's Property Services gives written approval before delivery.- Hazardous waste, chemicals, pesticides, or radioactive materials
- Paint, solvents, fuels, motor oil, or other liquids
- Tires, lead-acid batteries, or major appliances
- Explosives, ammunition, propane tanks, or compressed-gas cylinders
- Asbestos-containing materials or infectious/medical waste
- Septic waste, animal waste, or combustible dust
- Closed barrels, drums, or containers with unknown contents
- Concrete, dirt, rock, brick, asphalt, shingles, or other heavy material without advance approval

$75 reservation deposit
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a dumpster. You may pay the deposit or the full rental when you reserve. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery.
